Case Study: Social Media Content Management - Central Tucson Companies

Background: Central Tucson Companies (CTC) is a growing property company that prides itself in being unique, relatable, and fun. Located in Tucson, Arizona, CTC has business segments in Home Services, Property Management, and Parking Rentals. 

CTC wanted to create and grow its social media presence to increase brand awareness in Arizona and remain top-of-mind for potential customers who would, at some point, need home repairs, housing rentals, or parking rentals.

Strategy: In May 2020, Team Vibe created a social media persona for CTC–”not your mother’s landlord”–to differentiate it from any other property company in the area, as well as appeal to its demographic of University of Arizona students and staff of Banner Medical Center. 

Vibe used a combination of humor and eye-catching Tucson imagery to attract CTC’s demographic. Once we captured their attention, information about CTC’s business segments were integrated into the content and marketed to the right potential customers, increasing brand awareness. 

Results: In seven months, CTC’s social media accounts have obtained follower breakdowns including: 

Instagram - 2,410 Followers

Facebook - 208 Followers

In November 2020, CTC’s average Instagram engagement rate was 2.49% compared to an industry average of 1.22%. Its average Facebook engagement rate was 24.10% compared to an industry average of 0.09%.
